How to Make a Simple Homemade Bread recipe
The daily purchase of bread is an immutable ritual of every family. For bread is the head of everything and without it, no food (especially first courses) will be satisfying. Well, agree to slurp soup or borscht without bread is not too pleasant. Especially delicious is the bread that you baked yourself at home without any additives. Today we will look at a bread recipe so simple that even a beginner in culinary and baking can bake it.
In a deep cup or saucepan, we dilute salt. a little sugar and yeast (always warm!) water. Then add the egg, mix.
Sift black or white flour through a sieve (depending on what kind of bread you want to get).
Add flour to the diluted yeast and mix, forming a dough.
We will cover the pan with dough with a food film or lid and put it somewhere in a warm place (you can adjust it near the heating battery).
After about two hours, when the dough increases in volume, we dump it on a board sprinkled with flour. We will not knead the dough. Just sprinkle a little flour on top, pat with the palm of your hand so that it gets a flatter look, and roll up the envelope.
Prepare a deep frying pan with thick walls. Lubricate it from the inside with sunflower oil and also lightly sprinkle with flour.
Now put our rolled dough in a frying pan (seam down) and leave alone for another half hour. During this time, the dough will increase in volume once again.
We put the bread to bake in the oven, heated to hot, 200 C. We bake bread for the first twenty minutes without opening the oven door. We wait another forty or fifty minutes, inhaling the amazing aroma of baking bread, and take it out of the oven.
You can divide the dough in half by making 2 loaves, but then reduce the baking time by half.
We spread the freshly baked bread on the board and cover it with a towel, giving it time to «rest».
