Apples. For baking in the oven, it is better to take sweet varieties of apples, I always take Golden. They are sweet and firm enough not to fall apart. Wash the apples thoroughly, then carefully remove the middle with a knife so that something in the form of a cup with a bottom turns out. So that in the future the melted honey does not flow out of the apple.(it is best to use a special knife for apples, it is much easier for them to do this). |
