How to cook a baked basket of mashed potatoes with vegetables and ham

For mashed potatoes, it is best to take potatoes that are easily boiled. White varieties or pink, like such as «Crimean Rose». Of the white varieties, Blue-eyed, Riviera, Cornflower are suitable.
Peel the potatoes, boil, drain all the yushka, crush to a puree, add the egg and quickly finish the puree now with the egg. It is allowed to add flour to the puree if it turned out to be liquid.
Make small tortillas from potato dough, lay out forms for baskets with them. Bake in the oven for no more than 7 minutes, potatoes bake quickly. The temperature should be 220-240C.
While the baskets are baking, we will put out the chopped (ready-made) «spring» vegetables in a frying pan. Cool and add the ham, cut into the same pieces (according to size). To taste, salt and season with mayonnaise (the last ingredient is optional).
The finished baskets are taken out of the oven, immediately removed from the mold and then allowed to cool so that the basket does not deform.
Fill the baskets with vegetables with ham, sprinkle them with grated cheese and put them back in the oven, only now for 2-3 minutes so that the cheese melts and takes a thin crust on top of the vegetables.
