How to cook Baked cauliflower (whole)
Baked cauliflower is a very healthy dish. We will make it in a very unusual way — we will bake a whole fork with the addition of turmeric. Using an undivided fork simplifies the work and also makes the dish more interesting.
For the recipe, you should choose small forks — half a kilo will be just right. It is necessary to wash the cabbage well and remove the lower leaves. I recommend filling the vegetable with water for half an hour so that possible dust comes out of the inflorescences.
While the cabbage is soaking, squeeze out the garlic and pour it with vegetable oil. So the oil will be saturated with garlic flavor.
When the cabbage is soaked and thoroughly washed, it is worth letting excess moisture drain. Add salt, turmeric and other spices to the garlic oil. Rub the cabbage fork with the resulting mixture.
We wrap the cabbage with aluminum foil in two sheets and send it to the oven. When the fork has been packed for 15 minutes, it is worth opening the aluminum wrapper. This will allow the cabbage to bake until a beautiful brown crust. We leave the forks for another 10 minutes.
