How to cook Baked chicken rolls in bacon
If you want to treat yourself at home with something fat and delicious (even if you are on a strict diet — once and for one evening is not scary), then I have a great option for you — the most tender chicken rolls. Such an appetizer dish is not only extremely appetizing, but also looks impressive enough to serve it to the guests.
Step-by-step recipe
1. |
For rolls, chicken fillet must be very carefully beaten off. It should be as thin as possible, but not tear. Chicken fillet is salted, peppered and rubbed with spices to your taste. Leave to soak up the seasonings for half an hour. |
2. |
Cheese (I took mozzarella, since it melts best when heated) is grated on a coarse grater. We spread it in portions on top of the chicken fillet. |
3. |
On the countertop or board, we carefully roll up the roll. Wrap it with a strip of bacon on top. We transfer the rolls to a baking sheet and lightly grease the top with teriyaki sauce. When roasting, it will give a very beautiful ruddy shade. |
4. |
Leave to bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Make sure that the bacon does not burn — it can greatly depend on the model of your oven. |
5. |
Ready-made rolls are allowed to cool down a little and boldly served to the table. These rolls will go great with light salads. Don’t forget to put sauces on the table — someone will definitely want to dip a fragrant roll in tomato sauce with herbs. Bon Appetit! |
