How to cook Baked chicken rolls with cheese and pineapple
The recipe is very unusual, both in appearance and in the combination of flavors. But try it, recently there are more and more recipes with pineapples. And by the way, the combinations are not bad, they bring something new to our diet. The dish turns out to be dietary, with a piquant taste. It is better to buy chicken breasts for the dish. Ready-made breasts are conveniently cut into thin plates for rolls. For baking, we choose cheeses of the following varieties: Parmesan, Maasdam or Cheddar. Take a small piece, if possible, make a cut in the store. The slices will be neat and thin.

If the product has been frozen, it must be defrosted. It is possible to defrost not to the end, in this case it will be more convenient to cut. Wash the breasts with cool water, dry them. Cut into thin plates lengthwise. About three parts. Beat off each piece with a culinary hammer or tenderizer on both sides, then season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with a small amount of curry, if you like. |

Spread a small amount of butter on each slice of breast and roll it up. Secure with toothpicks. You can roll it in sour cream, then in breadcrumbs. |

In a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the rolls for a few minutes on each side. Ideally, they should be slightly browned. Then remove the toothpicks and transfer the product to a baking dish. |

In a preheated oven to 160 degrees, put the rolls for baking. After 10 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven. Place a square of cheese and a slice of pineapple on top of each roll. Put it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes (do not over-dry the meat!). Vary the time depending on your oven. |
