We know very well that baked feta is now a must. Perfect as an appetizer and to bring to the table a dish that everyone will love. Here is the brand new version with asparagus!
Ingredients for 2-4 people
800 G Asparagus
1 Stick of feta cheese of 200 g
herbs to taste, to serve
Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody end, place in a baking dish and season with oil and salt. Lay the feta in the center, cut three lemon slices and place them on top of the feta, squeeze the rest of the lemon as a dressing. Add a little oil also on top of the feta and ground pepper.
Bake in the oven at 200 C Serve immediately with herbs to taste.
