How to cook Baked meat bread (multi-layered)
Meat bread can be made from a variety of meats (poultry, pork, beef, rabbit, etc.) and various additional ingredients including vegetables. The dish turns out very tasty. It can be eaten both with second courses and with tea, using it to make a regular sandwich. If there is no minced meat, then simple cutlets can be used as a meat ingredient. Today we will make with you just such a multi-layered meat bread.
Let’s wind up the minced meat or mash the finished cutlets. When making minced pork independently, it is better to dilute it with beef or poultry. So it will be less greasy. Garlic can be added immediately when twisting.
Salt and pepper the minced meat. Mix and divide it into three equal components, spreading it out in different cups.
In a blender or on the same meat grinder, chop the broccoli cabbage, and add it to one of the meat parts. Mix until smooth.
We will do the same with onions and add it, after grinding it, to the second cup with minced meat. We are interfering again.
Grate the carrots. We put it in the third cup and mix it again.
Now let’s take a bread baking dish and put the first layer on its bottom – broccoli with minced meat. The second layer we will make onion minced meat, and the third with carrots. The order of the layers is not important. You can do it differently.
In a hot oven (180 * C) we put the mold and bake meat bread until fully cooked. The time will depend on the power of your furnace equipment.
The finished dish can be immediately divided into portions and served to the family table.
