Preparing minced meat. Through a meat grinder, we twist the meat of pork and beef, it is better to do it 2 times, so the cutlets will be more tender. Then we also twist the onion. Mix the meat and onion, adding pre-soaked bread in water. |

We drive in the egg, add salt, pepper and favorite seasonings, mix the minced meat thoroughly until smooth. |

We make oblong cutlets from the finished minced meat. |

We cut the bacon into thin plates (it is even better to buy already thinly sliced) and wrap the cutlets around them in a circle, tightly so that there are no cracks. |

We put the meat preparations in the baking dish and send them to the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees to bake for 30-35 minutes. If you don’t have an oven, you might as well fry the cutlets in a frying pan. |
