How to cook Baked pies with minced meat and rice
Depending on the filling, pies can be a full-fledged dish, snack or dessert. They are loved by both adults and children. They are hearty and delicious. No one can resist.
Dough. Heat the milk slightly and pour into it the fast-acting active yeast. Stir until all the yeast has dispersed. Then add sugar 2 tbsp. l. and flour 3 tbsp. l. Mix and leave to rest for 15 minutes. As soon as you see that the yeast has been activated, a cap of flour has risen, add salt to the dough. Then half a cup of vegetable oil and add flour in small portions so that the dough comes off your hands. Leave the dough in a warm place to rise.
Filling. You can use any minced meat, but I recommend mixing beef with pork, so it turns out juicier.
Rinse the rice and boil it in salted water until it is half cooked. Drain the water and add it to the minced meat. Also add finely chopped onion. Season the filling with salt, pepper and sprinkle with sweet paprika.
