How to cook Baked potatoes with champignons in a slow cooker
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the potatoes and onions, rinse the mushrooms under cool running water. For the recipe, a ready-made seasoning for potatoes is used, but you can assemble the composition of spices yourself, including ground peppers, paprika and others.
Cut the potatoes into large slices. We transfer the potato slices into a wide bowl.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters. We shift the mushrooms to the potatoes.
Add the onion chopped into half rings to the ingredients.
Add mayonnaise, salt, add seasoning. Pour in a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Mix the ingredients and put a slow cooker in the bowl.
We close the multivark with a lid. Turn on the baking program for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, stir the potatoes and continue baking under the lid.
