Dry spaghetti is laid out on a baking sheet or baking dish. I want to make a reservation right away: you can use another method of cooking this dish, that is, first pre-cook the spaghetti in a saucepan, and then spread it on a baking sheet.
Peel the onion and garlic. Cut them into half rings, then into small pieces, respectively. Pour it all into a baking tray.
Add spices and pour water so that the spaghetti is completely hidden under its surface. Add salt, and then mix everything and send it to the oven heated to two hundred degrees Celsius. For lovers of sauces, at the stage of filling the product with water, you can add a little tomato paste or cream.
After the water boils, and the pasta softens and cooks, we add chicken eggs there, mix again and push it to bake.
We take the finished spaghetti out of the oven, and while they are hot, sprinkle with grated cheese. In principle, you can use any cheese that you currently have in stock.
Since I love the melted cheese in this dish, I warm up the dish again.
