Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. |

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan or cauldron and put on fire. Put the chopped fillets in the preheated oil and stir and fry until golden brown. |

Add pre-grated carrots on a coarse grater (you can cut into strips, as you like), chopped onion and bell pepper. Fry the meat with vegetables for another 3 minutes. Add spices to taste. If desired, you can add tomato sauce. |

Add well-washed grits. Pour in the water. (Water can be replaced with chicken broth). Bring to a boil, stir, reduce the heat and close the lid. Cook on low heat under a closed lid. Do not stir the porridge during cooking. |
