How to cook Beetroot pancakes
Pancakes are a very popular dish, they are loved by both adults and children. They can be consumed as a separate dish, as a dessert for tea or as an appetizer for a festive table. There are a huge number of cooking recipes and filling options. I offer a variant of a bright, delicious and unusual pancake recipe — these are beetroot pancakes.
We rub the beetroot on a fine grater and transfer it to a glass from an immersion blender, add eggs there and beat well until smooth.
Then add milk, salt, sugar and once again beat well with a blender.
Gradually introduce flour and add soda, mix well with a whisk, the dough should turn out like ordinary pancakes. When the dough is ready, add half of the sunflower oil and mix again.
We heat the pancake pan well and lubricate it with oil and proceed to frying. Ladle the dough over the entire surface of the pan and fry on both sides until cooked.
Ready-made pancakes are decorated with powdered sugar and cherry berries, we serve delicious and unusual pancakes to the table.
