How to cook Blueberry cottage cheese Easter
Cottage cheese Easter is the main dish on the festive table on the Easter holiday. There are many different variations of its preparation. It turns out very tasty with the addition of different berries, for example with blueberries. Blueberries will give cottage cheese Easter a very beautiful lavender color, and the taste will be incredible.
Step-by-step recipe
1. |
Chop the cottage cheese. You can grind it through a sieve, you can grind it with a blender. |
2. |
Beat the softened butter with 100 grams of sugar or powdered sugar (it is better to take the powder so that the sugar grains are certainly not felt in the finished product), add to the cottage cheese. Mix well. |
3. |
Chop the blueberries in a blender, add the remaining sugar (powdered sugar). Put it to cook in a saucepan over low heat until boiling. Cool it down. |
4. |
Divide the curd mass into 3 parts. I left one white, put blueberry puree in different quantities in the other two. So the curd mass turned out to be one slightly lighter, the other brighter. (If you don’t want to make transitions, add the whole blueberry mass to the cottage cheese at once). Mix the mixtures thoroughly. |
5. |
Cover the pasochnitsa with wet gauze, put the curd-blueberry mass first dark, then lighter and white. Cover the top with the tips of gauze. Put a plate on top and put some kind of load. Put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours (it can be longer). |
6. |
After the specified time, turn the pasochnitsa onto a dish. Remove the mold and gauze. |
7. |
Decorate Easter as desired. |
