Perhaps some people imagine that bread has only one recipe because it is intended for eating the first and second courses, creating sandwiches, toasts and the like, undoubtedly delicious, but monotonous dishes. And, of course, they will be wrong, because bread can be baked of a variety of types and purposes. Today we will look at one of the best bread recipes, which has not only ordinary ingredients in its composition, but also unusual (for bread) components such as cheese, garlic and herbs.
Let’s gather all the components of our future bread product on the kitchen table and prepare its base, that is, dough.
Pour warm water into a container, add a portion of granulated sugar, salt and dry yeast to it, put it to infuse so that the yeast is activated and fermented.
After twenty minutes, we pour flour into a cup of water, previously sifted through a sieve, and again put it aside so that the dough rises.
After an hour, knead the dough on a kitchen board sprinkled with flour. Knead intensively, and then again postpone for an hour. At the same time, the dough should grow in volume.
Crush both cloves of garlic and add it to the oil, not forgetting to add salt. Heat the mixture a little over low heat.
Roll out the dough into a flat cake, smear with garlic butter, and pour finely chopped greens and crushed hard cheese on top. Let’s roll it all into a single roll. You can twist it fantastically. We transfer the dough into a baking dish.
Put the mold in the oven on a medium level and bake for 40-45 minutes. Ready-made bread is best used in food in hot form.
