Brownie is a famous chocolate cake. It is baked with the addition of nuts, pistachios and even cranberries, but today I propose to bake a pie «without anything», just brownies, with a crispy crust and rich taste.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
We drive the eggs into the bowl of the mixer and start whipping at high speeds.
Add sugar to the egg mixture and continue whipping.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Break a chocolate bar.
Put the chocolate in the melted butter and switch the stove mode to weak.
Stir the mixture all the time so that it does not burn.
Mix the finished chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
Pour in the flour and knead the dough.
Grease the baking dish with oil.
