Brownie is a famous chocolate cake. It is baked with the addition of nuts, pistachios and even cranberries, but today I propose to bake a pie «without anything», just brownies, with a crispy crust and rich taste.

And for dessert, I suggest cooking a very quick and very simple brownie. In the original recipe, the top of this delicious fragrant pie is covered with apricot glaze. But a homemade cake turns out to have a beautiful glossy crust, it’s just a crime to cover it with icing, so I suggest doing without icing and just enjoying the famous pastries.
