How to make a Casserole of Brussels sprouts with cheese
Many housewives unjustifiably avoid Brussels sprouts in cooking. But in vain! It is very tasty and nutritious. It has a lot of vitamins and it looks unusual on the table. And if it is also cooked correctly, then everyone will undoubtedly appreciate your culinary successes.
Wash the cabbage and boil it in salted water. Then pull it out and let it drain.
Chop the garlic and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden brown. Then put the cabbage in the same pan.
Add a glass of water (or broth) to the flour and mix so that there are no lumps. Then add sour cream and mix again until smooth. Add black pepper, paprika, salt.
Pour the resulting sauce into a frying pan, add cream and grated cheese. Boil until thickened. The cheese should melt. Sprinkle the finished dish with breadcrumbs on top. If desired, all this can be baked in the oven until a golden crust forms. It will be even tastier!
