Buckwheat porridge is very healthy and nutritious, it can be safely attributed to a dietary dish. It can be cooked for breakfast, lunch and dinner, just with a salad or served with meat. Buckwheat with tomato sauce and chicken meatballs turns out to be appetizing and delicious, this dish will appeal not only to adults, but also to children.

To begin with, we will prepare buckwheat. To do this, we will rinse the cereal well and pour water in a ratio of 1: 2.5, so that the porridge turns out to be boiled and not dry. Immediately add salt to taste and put on high heat until boiling, then screw to a minimum and cook until ready. |

Cooking minced meat for meatballs. We pass fillets and onions through a meat grinder, add egg and spices, mix the minced meat well. |

We make tomato sauce. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, then add the chopped onion and tomato (preferably peel it in advance), pass it, add tomato paste. Mix everything well and pour 300 ml of water, stew the sauce, add salt and pepper, squeeze out garlic. |

From minced meat, we twist meatballs in the form of small balls and send them to a frying pan with tomato sauce. Simmer the meatballs for 25 minutes until fully cooked. |
