How to make Buns in the form of pigtails
A delicious muffin will delight your family and gather everyone over a cup of tea on a Sunday afternoon. Fragrant buns, which we bake in the form of a pigtail, will not leave even children indifferent.
We prepare all the ingredients. Milk should be heated to a warm state. Mix egg, milk, yeast, salt, vegetable oil, vanilla in a bowl. Mix well.
Sift the flour and add it to the bowl in small portions. Mix well.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour, lay out the dough. We continue to knead, the dough should not stick to your hands and should become elastic.
We put the dough in a container, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough should fit.
