How to cook soup with chicken, tomatoes and fresh cabbage
To prepare chicken broth, you can take any parts of the bird. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Tomatoes can be taken fresh or frozen. The taste of cabbage soup can be improved with the help of ground spices. We begin to cook.
Chicken meat is washed under running water. Transfer to a saucepan or cauldron. Fill with water. Bring the contents to a boil. When foam forms above the surface, remove it.
