Peel the onion and carrot. Grate the carrots, chop the onion finely.
Chop the cabbage, too, not too thinly, not finely and put it in a bowl. Brew boiling water and pour it into a bowl with cabbage.
After 10 minutes, drain the water, and mix the cabbage with onions and carrots. Add salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, salt the minced meat, add spices, mix.
Mix tomato paste, broth and sour cream – this will be our dressing.
We take a clay pot and lay our products in layers: first minced meat, then vegetables, then minced meat. And the last layer is cabbage. We put a leaf of lavrushka on top and pour tomato-sour cream broth. Cover with a lid.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the pots in it. After an hour, we take it out, let it cool down a little.
