How to cook Caesar salad with shrimp
I always want to feed my family with delicious food. Caesar with shrimp always helps me with this.
White bread is cut into thin plates, lightly sprinkle with garlic and sprinkle with vegetable oil a little. You can dry it in the oven, but this stage is not necessary, because the bread is cut thinly, it will dry out so, it all depends on your desire. I prefer slightly browned bread, so I put it in the oven for a few minutes, preheated at 100 degrees. We are waiting for the bread to brown.
We boil the shrimps, if they are already sold in a ready-made form, then we miss this stage. Fry in a heated frying pan on both sides, you can lightly sprinkle with soy sauce.
Boil quail eggs.
Lettuce and tomatoes are thoroughly washed and spread on a paper towel, soaked. We cut the salad, you can just tear it with your hands. Tomatoes are cut into 4 parts, eggs — in half.
In a chaotic order, we spread lettuce, eggs, tomatoes and shrimp. We add salt. Add Caesar sauce to taste. I love without it, just lightly sprinkle with oil. I cut the Parmesan cheese into thin slices and place it on top of the salad, then a few fragrant crackers. Our Caesar salad is ready! Bon Appetit!
