The dough for the cake is prepared according to a standard recipe, boiled condensed milk is used as a filling. On top of the cake is poured with icing and decorated with popcorn.

Pour yeast into warm milk, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix. Put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. |

Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam. |

Sift flour, add salt, softened butter. Add the sourdough and beaten eggs. Knead a thick dough. |

Put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. Then put it in a cake pan. Leave the cakes in the form for 15-20 minutes. |

After the specified time, put the cakes in a preheated 180-185 degree oven for 40-55 minutes or until ready. |

Ready-made cakes to cool. Cut out the middle, keeping the bottom whole. Lay boiled condensed milk. Prepare the glaze. Whisk the whites with a mixer at low speed. Add sugar and citric acid. Continue whipping until stable peaks. |
