Combine the rest of the milk, half of the flour (500 g) and milk with yeast. Cover the sourdough — and in the heat for about 1 hour.
Separate the whites and yolks. Grind the yolks with sugar. Whisk the whites.
The sponge should come up, the mass should increase in volume by 2 times. Add the beaten yolks, softened butter, proteins, vanilla, all flour. Knead the dough, again — in the heat for an hour.
Soak the raisins in boiling water for 15 minutes. Add it to the dough.
We lay out the forms, greased with oil. We fill out the forms halfway.
The oven is 165 ° C, cakes are baked for about 40 minutes.
