How to make a salad of carrots, daikon and fried shrimp

Daikon (this is such a Japanese radish) will be peeled from the top layer of the peel and grated on a coarse grater, or cut with a knife with thin ribbons.
We’ll do the same with carrots. Mix the daikon with the carrot and put it in cold salted water. Put the vegetables in the refrigerator for twenty, thirty minutes.
We need to fry the shrimp in sunflower (olive) oil. We make the fire strong. Fry each side for a minute and a half.
The remains of vegetable oil are mixed with mirin, soy and plum sauce, rice vinegar and granulated sugar.
