There is nothing more tender and delicious than pancakes with cottage cheese, my son thinks so. But no, he didn’t know until he tried this casserole — it combines both the taste and tenderness of pancakes with cottage cheese, collected in one bouquet. You can, of course, bake pancakes and stuff them with cottage cheese, or you can assemble such an appetizing casserole! Now such a casserole is our frequent guest for breakfast, the whole family asks us to cook it more often.
