Lobio is a traditional dish of Caucasian cuisine. It is made from string beans and vegetables, with the addition of spices and walnuts, which makes this dish very spicy and fragrant.

We prepare all the ingredients. |

Rinse the string beans, peel, trim the edges. Cut the beans into small pieces. Send it to boil in boiling unsalted water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water, discard the beans in a colander. If the beans are young, only from the garden — you do not need to cook them. |

Wash the tomatoes. Dip into hot water for 1 minute, making a small incision on the surface beforehand, then peel off the skin. Cut into cubes. |

Peel the onion, cut into cubes. |

Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Also chop coriander and nuts. |

Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan, put the onion, fry until golden brown. |

Then add tomatoes and beans. Put out for 5-7 minutes. Then add salt, coriander, nuts and garlic. If it starts to burn, it is allowed to add a little water. |

At the end of cooking, add spices, and leave to simmer again for 10 minutes. |
