The recipe is very simple. It is enough to choose a good, large head of cauliflower. Pay attention not only to the cabbage itself, but also to the leaves. They should not be sluggish, and the cabbage should be dark.

    Step-by-step recipe

    The cauliflower head is washed with cool water. Dry with a towel. With a knife, we cut off the leaves and the peduncle. Pour water into a large saucepan and put it on the stove. Let it boil.

    We disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. Cut off the stems with a sharp knife. There are a lot of inflorescences in cabbage, but you don’t need to make them smaller. Leave it the size of nuggets. Has the water boiled yet? It’s time to salt it and put our inflorescences in it. Cook for five minutes on low heat. Keep track of the time, you do not need to digest, otherwise the cabbage will turn into porridge!

    We take out the inflorescences, or drain the water through a colander. Let them cool down. In a small bowl, mix one egg with milk. You can mix it with a fork or a whisk. We pour the breadcrumbs into a deep plate. Add ground black pepper and paprika. Mix it up.

    Prepare a large frying pan, add vegetable and butter, put on a small fire. The inflorescences of cauliflower are dipped in lieson (a mixture of milk and eggs), then rolled in breadcrumbs.
