Always choose fresh celery. If it is even slightly dried, then the taste qualities will be lost. Choose a can of tuna carefully, too. It should be in its own juice and in one big piece, do not take a jar with the inscription «tuna for salad». Cheese is best suited to «Philadelphia», «Ricotta» or «Cremette». A small jar of dried tomatoes in oil will be enough. Their spicy taste and aroma will hover over the dish. |

Celery is sorted by stems, washed, dried with a towel. We cut the deep part into segments about 10 centimeters long. |

Cooking minced meat. We open a can of tuna, carefully inspect and sniff. If you have not spent time in the store studying the label, then be sure to pay attention to the contents of the jar, sometimes you come across a product unsuitable for use. Unfortunately. So, drain the liquid from the jar, and crush the tuna meat with a fork. |

We put the dried tomatoes on a plate, so that the excess oil would glass. Cut into small pieces. And mix tuna meat, sliced tomatoes and cream cheese in a separate bowl.
