How to make Cheese soup with broccoli and carrots in bread
For lunch, we will prepare a tender, fragrant cheese soup with broccoli and carrots. Only we will serve it in bread. You can take ready-made buns for hamburgers.
Step-by-step recipe

In buns, we cut off the top as a lid and remove the pulp. |

Wash the broccoli cabbage, divide into inflorescences, dry and cut into small pieces. |

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. |

Peel, wash and grate the carrots. |

In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the onion on it until transparent. |
