Rinse the fillets under running water and dry, cut into small plates.
Also, wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut them into plates (if small, then in half or into quarters). Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Let’s start cooking. Heat the frying pan with sunflower oil and fry the mushrooms first until they are ruddy. Then add the onion, fry for a couple more minutes.
We send the sliced fillet, stir fry from all sides for 5-7 minutes. A little liquid will be released from the meat, so we stew it until it evaporates.
Pour 15% cream into the meat with mushrooms and cover with a lid, simmer over low heat until fully cooked for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before completion, add salt and pepper to taste.
