How to cook Chicken rolls — snack kebab
Ruddy fillet, juicy and tender due to bacon. They turn out very appetizing and delicious. Chicken fillet rolls are suitable for the festive table of any celebration as a decoration and snack.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. It is better to take the bacon already sliced (it is already thinly sliced, sold in vacuum packaging) It needs to be trimmed to the same size as the fillet.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Marinate the chicken pieces in the prepared marinade, leaving for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
Take a strip of chicken fillet, put bacon on it. Put a piece of Bulgarian pepper on the edge. Wrap the chicken with bacon and pepper in a roll. Fasten with a skewer, passing through the center. You can string 2-3 rolls on a skewer. Season the chicken rolls with pepper and paprika.
You can fry such rolls in a frying pan or bake in the oven until ready. It takes me about 15 minutes in the oven. The temperature in the oven is 180 C.
