How to cook Chicken salad with apple and grapes

And today I will share with you the recipe of the original salad, which is prepared very quickly. Modified Waldorf salad. They say it was first served at the end of the 19th century in the restaurant of an American hotel with the same name. It is light and dietary, it will definitely appeal to all households.
Preparation: to begin with, boil chicken fillet (breast without bones and without skin), or you can replace it with smoked fillet. We prepare all the products for slicing. Peel the apple. Arugula and lettuce leaves are thoroughly washed and left in a colander, let the excess liquid drain. The grapes are washed and dried.
Cut the chicken fillet and apple into rectangles. We send it to a bowl, preferably deep, so that it is more convenient to mix the salad at the end.
Lettuce leaves are torn and cut into smaller pieces, arugula can be thrown whole. We throw the grapes whole, since they are seedless. We add nuts (usually I put chopped walnuts, but this time cedar).
Mix all the ingredients. Add lemon juice 30 gr, no more, salt. We fill our salad with mayonnaise or olive oil (optional).
