How to cook Chicken kebab in a frying pan
A great alternative to barbecue shish kebab is chicken shish kebab on skewers in a frying pan. Thanks to the mayonnaise sauce, the chicken fillet is well pickled, becomes soft and tender. Shish kebab is fried in a frying pan very quickly. Inside it is juicy, fragrant and not at all dry. As a seasoning, not only paprika can be used, but also hops-suneli, Provencal herbs, hot pepper and others. If there is no non-stick frying pan or grill, you can add a little vegetable oil to lubricate the surface of the pan. Such a barbecue is prepared quickly and simply. You can cut fresh seasonal vegetables to it and have a great dinner option.
Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized portions.
Peel the onion, cut into rings, place in a deep dish.
In a separate container, mix mayonnaise with room temperature water, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the onion to the mayonnaise sauce, mix gently with your hands so as not to damage the onion rings. Pour the marinade over the chicken fillet and leave to marinate for several hours. The longer the better, ideally leave it overnight.
After marinating, put portions of fillet on skewers. You can cook just meat, or you can alternate with vegetables cut into the same size as chicken fillet. It is better to cook the rings separately, since they are of different diameters. If you like it fatter, cook a barbecue with bacon. You can additionally season with spices.
