We wash the chicken meat and poison it to cook for 30 minutes.
When the foam appears, it is necessary to remove it with a slotted spoon so that our broth is transparent.
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes. We send the potatoes to the broth.
Peel the onion and carrot. Finely chop the onion, cut the carrot into circles (if large, cut smaller).
When the potatoes in the soup are cooked until half cooked, add the beans.
Wash the Bulgarian pepper, wipe it with a paper towel. Cut into 2 parts, remove the seeds and stalk and cut into medium-sized cubes.
