Soup with chicken and small vermicelli is my favorite of soups. This dish is dietary, useful for those who are engaged in weight loss, and it is also 1 of the most common soups.
How to cook Chicken soup with vermicelli at home
Healthy eating is impossible without the presence of first courses in the menu. They are easily digestible and nutritious, suggest a lot of variations. Chicken soup meets all these requirements. You can eat it at any age, suitable for baby food, sick people, athletes and figure-watchers. The use of poultry broth has been known for a long time that it is recommended as a remedy for colds. It is indispensable for problems with metabolism, intestinal peristalsis. It increases immunity, is useful for many other common diseases.
Step-by-step recipe

Cook chicken broth. To do this, cut the meat into large pieces. Pour 3 liters of water. |

Peel 1 carrot and 1 onion, chop coarsely, add to the meat. Cook for 1 hour. |

Remove the carrots and onions. Peel, cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the broth. Add salt. Cook until the potatoes are ready. |

At the end of cooking potatoes, add the vermicelli, mix. Cook for another 4 minutes. |

1 Carrot and 1 onion remaining clean. Finely chop the onion, fry in oil. Add grated carrots, fry them together until they are ruddy. If you want, do not fry the vegetables, but immediately throw them into the soup. |

Put the roast in the soup, bay leaf, turn it off. Our fragrant soup is ready. It remains to pour on plates and add a little green in each serving. Enjoy your meal. |
