Chicken Marinade: We take a deep bowl and throw our chicken into it. Add a little mayonnaise and spices for future pickling. You need to add salt, a little pepper and spices to your taste. I also usually add a little liquid smoke and paprika. Mix the spices with the chicken thighs and cover the bowl with a plate or cling film. We leave the meat to marinate for 20 minutes while we prepare the other ingredients.
