How to make Chocolate brownie with blueberries and nuts
In this recipe, peeled unroasted peanuts are used, preferably unsalted. You can add chopped walnuts instead of peanuts.
Brownies can be cut into squares, you will get about 15 — 18 cakes, depending on your baking form, and you can serve pi pie.
First, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat. I usually do it in a saucepan with a thick bottom over the burner. But it is also possible in a water bath or in a microwave.
After the oil is completely dissolved, remove from heat. Add cocoa to the same place. Mix it up.
Set the chocolate mixture aside for 10-15 minutes before proceeding to the next step.
Once the mixture has cooled, add lightly beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Add flour, baking powder and salt to the chocolate mixture, mix gently until smooth.
Add the peanuts and mix again. If desired, chop the peanuts with a knife. Chopped or not — it doesn’t matter.
Now you need to add blueberries to the dough. Stir in the blueberries very carefully to keep the berries whole. Add only half of the berries.
Prepare the mold in which you will bake. I cover it with parchment paper, which I additionally oiled.
Pour the dough into the prepared one, smooth it over the entire form if necessary.
Add the remaining blueberries on top, while melting the berries into the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick or skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove the molds and let cool for ~ 5-10 minutes .
Remove the brownies from the mold and cut into squares.
Have a nice tea party!
