How to make a chocolate cake with candied fruits and raisins
Easter cakes are Easter treats with centuries—old traditions. But this does not mean that you need to strictly follow the recipe. So let’s make a delicious chocolate cake.
We breed yeast in warm milk. Add a couple of tablespoons of flour and 1 sugar. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix a couple of yolks and 1 whole egg with sugar and vanilla. Add vegetable and butter. Pour in the sourdough.
Mix the sifted flour with cocoa powder and add parts to the bowl. Mix everything well until smooth. Covered with a towel, leave in the heat for 1 hour.
Wash the raisins and remove the roots. Add together with candied fruits to the dough. After careful mixing, we distribute it into molds. The dough should not take up more than half the volume of the mold.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We send the cakes for 20-25 minutes. Readiness is checked with a wooden skewer.
From the remaining proteins, beat the cream with sugar.
