How to cook a classic pork kebab with onions
This is the most delicious barbecue recipe I’ve tried. No difficulties, very easy to perform. The meat turns out juicy and tender. Be sure to save the recipe and try it.
Rinse the meat under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into large pieces.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. It can be even smaller. There should be a lot of onions, about the same as meat.
Combine the meat and onion in a large container, and mash well so that the onion gives juice.
Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix it up. Leave to marinate, 30 minutes is enough.
