In order for the cookies to turn out especially tender, it is necessary to carefully separate the proteins from the yolks and beat them with sugar to light but stable peaks. Mix the yolks with coconut chips.
Yogurt is better to take not too liquid — Greek, for example, will do well. Sift coconut flour into it and pour turmeric to give a pleasant yellow shade.
In the resulting mixture, add the yolks with chips. Carefully introduce the whipped whites with a spatula and try to mix so as not to destroy the structure.
