How to cook Cod baked with potatoes and cherry tomatoes
Cod is a popular fish with white meat. Many different dishes are prepared from this fish, it is delicious and versatile in preparation, it can be fried, stewed, baked, boiled, pickled. Cod contains many useful vitamins, minerals and trace elements necessary for the human body.
Rinse the fish well under water, dry it, rub it with spices.
Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly, sprinkle with seasonings (salt, spices to taste, if you wish). A sprig with cherry tomatoes is also well washed.
We take a baking dish, I have a ceramic one. Lubricate the dish with butter, spread potatoes, tomatoes and fish. Spread the butter on top of the fish and vegetables in slices. Sprinkle the tomatoes with herbs.
