How to cook Cold Cucumber soup
Cold cucumber soup is an excellent substitute for hot first courses on hot summer days. Made on the basis of kefir, with the addition of aromatic herbs and spices, the soup does not require cooking, has an appetizing spicy taste and a thick silky texture.
Peel cucumbers and apples from the peel and seeds. Cut into small pieces. Set aside one cucumber to decorate the dish.
