How to make Cookie crumbs with jam
I share a recipe for cookies, which has been a favorite among my household for many years. Cookie crumbs with cherry jam (in principle, you can take jam to your taste, I just like cherry more). It is prepared quickly and simply, but it always turns out very tasty. And if you change the filling, it will always be different.

To begin with, we need to take the butter (it needs to be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft and gets room temperature) and thoroughly grind it with sugar. |

Now add eggs, flour, baking powder, a little salt and knead our dough well, and then divide it into two parts (2/3 and 1/3). The smaller part is put in the freezer. |

We take a baking sheet, cover it with baking paper and, already on paper, evenly distribute most of the dough. |

Cherry jam is smeared with an even layer on top of the dough, I make a layer of about 3-4 mm. And now we take out a smaller part of the dough from the freezer and put it on top of the jam, trying to make the crumb evenly cover the entire surface. |

We cook our cookies in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 30 minutes. You should get a beautiful golden crust. |
