How to make Cookies «Anthill»
All products should be at room temperature, so you need to get them out of the refrigerator in advance.
Melt 200 g of butter. The oil should cool down. Mix with sour cream with a mixer.
Add the usual granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat thoroughly.
Pour out the flour and baking powder. Knead the thick dough. We pass it through a meat grinder. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Place the dough evenly over the entire baking sheet. We send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees, bake until golden brown.
In a deep bowl, we transfer the baked base, grind it into a fine crumb with a pusher.
In another bowl, mix 200 g of butter and condensed milk until smooth. Transfer the cream to a bowl with crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Since this cookie is called an Anthill, we form slides (you can make this with the help of a glass or some kind of dishes). But in principle, cookies can be formed of any shape.
We put cookies on a plate covered with parchment and send them to the refrigerator. If desired, you can decorate with caramel, melted chocolate, sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bon Appetit!
