How to cook Cottage cheese casserole with raisins on semolina
We take out the products from the refrigerator in advance, they must be at room temperature.
We take the most delicious and proven cottage cheese :). We transfer it to the bowl where we will make the dough.
We drive in eggs (either 2 large or 3 small). Add regular sugar and vanilla. We knead everything with a pusher.
Pour in the milk and add semolina, mix thoroughly.
I prepare the raisins in advance, for this I soak them for 20 minutes in hot water. After this action, it becomes soft. We take the softened raisins out of the water, throw them into a colander. We soak it with a towel and add it to our curd mass. Also add softened butter. Mix thoroughly. Leave for 40 minutes, waiting for the semolina to swell.
We lubricate the form with oil, transfer the curd mass into it.
Bake until a beautiful golden crust and the casserole is ready at 180-200 degrees.
