How to make cottage cheese cheesecake with strawberry jelly (without baking)
Not everyone knows how to bake cakes, but I really want to pamper myself and the children. You can try to make a cake without baking.
Step-by-step recipe
1. |
Chop the cookies into crumbs and mash them with butter with your hands. |
2. |
Lubricate the split mold with oil or cover with baking paper. Lay out the crushed crumbs and tamp them all over the bottom of the mold. |
3. |
Gelatin (15 g.) pour 100 ml of water and lemon juice. Let it brew for 10 minutes. |
4. |
Mix cottage cheese with vanilla, 100 g of sugar and sour cream. |
5. |
Bring the swollen gelatin to a boil, remove from heat and pour in small portions into the curd mass, stirring gently. |
6. |
The curd-sour cream mass is carefully poured onto a layer of cookies and removed until completely frozen in the refrigerator (this will take about 2 hours). |
7. |
Prepare strawberry puree: 100 g of strawberries and 100 g of sugar, grind with a blender until smooth puree. Add lemon juice. |
8. |
The curd-sour cream mass is carefully poured onto a layer of cookies and removed until completely frozen in the refrigerator (this will take about 2 hours). |
9. |
Remove the detachable mold from the refrigerator and gently pour a thin trickle of strawberry puree with gelatin onto the frozen curd layer. |
10. |
Put it back in the refrigerator until the strawberry jelly is completely frozen (for about 2 hours). |
11. |
Before removing the finished cheesecake from the split mold, you need to carefully hold a warm knife along the edge of the entire mold to lag behind the sides. |
