The traditional dish on the holiday of bright Easter is, of course, cottage cheese Easter. This very tender, delicious dish is prepared quite simply, but it takes time to brew.
Put cottage cheese, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar in a bowl. Beat with a blender until smooth.
The curd mass is divided into three equal parts.
Put the chocolate on different plates (there should be 3 plates in total). The softened butter is divided into three parts and spread on plates with chocolate. Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath or heat it in the microwave until smooth.
